We combine both hot water extraction (steam) and dry bonnet cleaning (encapsulation) together, for a superior cleaning process, and even faster drying times. We will also use an orbiter before vacuuming to remove deep down soiling, hair and other debris. All this combined with premium quality cleaning solutions, deodorisers and post rinses, that will leave you carpet brilliantly clean and soft to the touch.
We Clean Your Carpet 3 Times
Encapsulation Clean
First of all we will clean your carpet using a rotary bonnet machine. This process removes stains, absorbs dirt, and works the cleaning solution evenly through the carpet fibers, perfectly preparing the carpet for the next cleaning stage.
Steam Clean
We then use a powerful hot water extractor (steam) to thoroughly rinse and extract all the deepest dirt, bacteria, dust mites, and allergens from your carpet.
Low Moisture Clean
For the third and final cleaning pass, we will use an orbiter and rotary machine with dry cleaning pads. These dry pads will clean the carpet once again, and also absorb moisture from your carpet, helping them to dry out even faster.

Soil Brushing
Before cleaning and vacuuming, we use our orbiter machine with a specialized nylon carpet brush to bring deep down soiling, hair, and other debris up to the surface. Brushing and vacuuming this waste out of your carpet fibers can dramatically improve overall cleaning results.
Premium Deodorizing
We take deodorizing to the next level with the use of a premium anti – bacterial product that has a refreshing and pleasant apple fragrance.
