Shazam Carpet Cleaning arrived at a beautiful Burleigh Heads home this morning. The customer required just one small area of carpet to be steam cleaned. Shazam’s carpet cleaning technicians always inspect the carpet before the cleaning process. This carpet was a high quality nylon in good condition and was only a few years old. The carpet was however in need of a good clean and deodorise as the client had 2 dogs.
After a thorough vacuuming to remove soil and pet dagger Shazam’s tech’s applied an antimicrobial cleaning solution pre-spray and proceeded to agitate the pre-spray evenly through the carpet fibres with a mechanical brush. This helps greatly to break down stains and really activate the pre-spray cleaning solution. After the pre-spray had dwelled for about 20 minutes hot water extraction (steam) is used to thoroughly rinse the carpet and suck up all the dirt, bacteria, viruses and cleaning solution.
Shazam Carpet Cleaning use high powered equipment and always make sure to not over wet the carpet. We boast drying times as low as just 2 hours. All up the job took just under an hour to complete.
