We highly recommend Ben and Shazam Carpet Cleaning. Ben took the time to talk us through our options, gave us a competitive price and made time on the eve of a major public holiday to clean our carpets. The team are friendly, honest and diligent. We were very happy with the results. We moved into a house with a strong smell of dog. It's VERY hard to get rid of this smell and if must be understood that it can take repeated treatments to fully eradicate pet odours. That was no trouble for Ben, he came back to retreat the effected area which did the trick. Thanks Ben, it was great to meet you and we will certainly use your service again and we've already recommended you to others.

Benn and his work partner Jad were brilliant.After my initial call they were here only a little over day later.Apart from both of them being friendly,they both worked in a timely way and the job was done well,quickly and without fuss.There carpet cleaning machine was top of the range and after my carpets dried,now looking at my carpets this morning,my carpet looks as new as it was when layed a year and abit ago.Would definitely recommend Benn or Shazam carpet cleaning.

Benn cleaned and sanitised a fabric rocking chair that I attempted to do myself which had left browning stains all over. He was able to slot me in at the last minute and was professional, honest and affordable. He was able to remove the stains and restore the chair to looking brand new. Benn did an incredible job on cleaning our couch. We’ve had this done previously with a different company who said the stubborn stains from our children spilling milk
/food on the couch would never come out. I’d come to terms with it so I was very pleasantly surprised when Benn managed to remove all the stains. Very happy customer!! Cannot recommend Benn enough. He was professional, friendly and prompt with responding and showing up on time.
