Rugs take center stage in the home but are subject to a lot of daily traffic. Keep your rugs looking beautiful and clean with Shazam. We will determine the best cleaning method that suits your rug’s particular weave, fibers, and dyes. When cleaning rugs with delicate fibers, we will use a specialised and safe cleaning solution with a mildly acidic pH that will not run dyes or harm fibers.
Our Rug Cleaning Process
Firstly we pre-spray the rug with a mild, mid ph cleaning solution. Appropriate spotters are selected to treat stains and heavily soiled areas. We then lightly agitate the rug with a brush to loosen the stains, oils and soiling. This brushing process also works the cleaning solution evenly through the rugs fibers, perfectly preparing it for the next step. We then clean your rug using hot water extraction with a lightly acidic ph rinse in the cleaning water. This cleaning process thoroughly rinses and extracts all of the dirt and cleaning solution from your rug – leaving it bright, clean, and smelling fresh.

Ben took the time to talk us through our options, gave us a competitive price and made time on the eve of a major public holiday to clean our carpets. The team are friendly, honest and diligent. We were very happy with the results. We moved into a house with a strong smell of dog. It's VERY hard to get rid of this smell and if must be understood that it can take repeated treatments to fully eradicate pet odours. That was no trouble for Ben, he came back to retreat the effected area which did the trick. Benn did an incredible job on cleaning our couch. We’ve had this done previously with a different company who said the stubborn stains from our children spilling milk
